Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing Assessor (Level 3–5) to join an apprenticeship and assessment organisation. The role combines housing expertise with EPA delivery across Level 3–5 apprenticeships and vocational qualifications.

You will contribute to assessment development, QA, standardisation and continuous improvement while keeping up to date with housing regulation and industry practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering End-Point Assessment and/or vocational qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Housing Levels 3–5 and apprenticeship standards.
• Experience in regulated assessment environments and QA processes.
• Ability to develop assessment materials and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EPA and qualification-based assessments across Housing Levels 3–5.
• Assess assignments, case studies, professional discussions, and portfolios.
• Ensure fair, valid, and evidence-based assessment decisions.
• Maintain records and report outcomes within required timescales.
• Support standardisation, moderation and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with IQA/EQA teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance to employers, providers and delivery partners.
