Job summary

NCFE is hiring Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) for its End Point Assessment team. This flexible worker role requires availability 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with travel to perform face-to-face assessments across regions.

Assessors will evaluate apprentices at final stages using Level 2/3 Customer Service and Level 3 Business Administrator standards. You will use the NCFE EPA platform to record EPAs, engage with apprentices, and participate in standardisation activities to maintain high

Qualifications

• Requires recognised assessor qualification and experience
• Experience assessing end-point is advantageous
• Occupational experience in Business and Customer Service industry
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
• Level 2 English and Maths Functional Skills or GCSE C or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver EPA in line with Level 2/3 Customer Service and Level 3 Business Administrator standards
• Record EPAs and interact with apprentices using NCFE EPA platform
• Attend standardisation events to ensure quality and consistency
• Communicate EPA outcomes with apprentices, training providers and employers
