Job summary

Quantum Metric, a leader in digital analytics, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to partner with Enterprise Account Executives, guiding the technical strategy for complex deals and aligning the Quantum Metric platform with strategic business initiatives across the EMEA region.

You will translate customer needs into scalable architectures, run POCs, and collaborate with Product/Engineering for smooth onboarding, while engaging with CIO/CDO and other executives.

Qualifications

• English and German language proficiency; additional European languages preferred.
• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS/software sector.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
• Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO).
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills tailored for diverse corporate environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
• Solution Design: Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with high-level business outcomes.
• POC Execution: Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value.
• Technical Architecture: Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding.
• Market Influence: Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
