Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in relevant roles such as Business Systems Analyst or Enterprise Systems Consultant.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse capabilities, processes, customer journeys and technology ecosystems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design-thinking sessions to define objectives and roadmaps.
• Translate business goals into detailed requirements including functional, non-functional, and regulatory needs.
• Develop models, information flows, and solution blueprints aligned with strategy.
• Perform end-to-end process analysis using BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, and Lean methodologies.
• Create BRDs, FRs, User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria and traceability matrices.
• Facilitate prioritisation using MoSCoW, Kano Analysis, WSJF, and related methods.
• Bridge communication between stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineers, vendors, and business users.
• Support enterprise architecture by analysing landscapes, APIs, middleware, cloud infrastructure and interoperability.
• Evaluate legacy systems and propose modernisation and automation opportunities.
• Identify AI/ML, RPA, analytics, and decision intelligence opportunities to optimise operations.
• Develop governance, risk and compliance considerations in line with policies.
