Job summary

forgd is a consultancy partnering with Anthropic to help enterprises build AI-native businesses. You will embed with enterprise customers as a Forward Deployed Engineer, owning technical work across the full customer journey—from demos to multi-week deployments.

In practice, you’ll work with customer engineering teams adopting Claude Code and redesigning their SDLC, then co-build agentic applications and modernize legacy systems on the Claude developer platform.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Consultant, or hands-on engineering.
Experience delivering production-grade software in high-scale environments with Claude Code or similar LLM tooling.
Familiarity with enterprise development toolchains, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops.
Take customer teams from beginner to power user across Claude Code and related tools.
Codify deployment patterns and feed them back to forgd's methodology and Anthropic's product teams.
Lead discovery into customer environments and translate findings into technical plans.
Advise on AI-native development practices, including issue management and security.
Guide adoption programs that scale Claude across engineering and business teams.
