Job summary

forgd, inc. is recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers, leading Claude Code labs, workshops, and end-to-end technical engagements.

You will guide the adoption of Claude Code, co-build agentic applications, and help customers move from prototypes to production on AI-native platforms. You will work across engineering toolchains, SDLC improvements, and collaboration with Anthropic to deliver value in sales, customer service, and finance workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Production experience with LLMs.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants.
• Familiarity with enterprise dev toolchains and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops.
• Co-build agentic applications on the Claude developer platform.
• Define deployment patterns and translate them into technical plans.
• Collaborate with Anthropic on customer engagements and product feedback.
