Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Forward Deployed Engineering capability to deliver hands-on, outcome-oriented AI at enterprise scale. As a Consultant, you will embed within client organisations to design, build, and ship advanced AI products and platforms, owning outcomes end-to-end from PoC to production.

You will contribute to shaping the FDE model, learn repeatable patterns, and raise the bar for enterprise AI deployment while collaborating with senior engineers and client teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a technical engineering role with client-facing or consulting exposure
• Experience delivering production applications with real business impact in enterprise environments
• Practical experience with large language models: prompt engineering, loop engineering, agent development and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-quality work inside client systems using AI SDLC workflows.
• Develop assets: MCP servers, sub-agents, agent orchestration frameworks, evaluation tooling.
• Support enterprise deployments: rollouts of frontier AI capabilities and SDLC integration.
• Accelerate adoption: collaborate with client teams to drive AI adoption and up-skill stakeholders.
• Maintain cutting-edge expertise on LLM capabilities and AI governance.
• Build relationships with client teams and AI ecosystem partners.
• Represent Accenture in the field, promoting responsible, safe AI usage
