Job summary

Risk Ledger is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead delivery across multiple engineering teams, shaping how we build secure software for the supply chain.

You'll partner with Product, drive engineering excellence, coach engineers, and foster a collaborative culture while balancing technical priorities with business outcomes in a hybrid London-based environment. This role requires exceptional communication with senior stakeholders and a pragmatic approach to scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering high-quality software across multiple teams.
• Ability to coach engineers and drive agile practices.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders including the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Enable the team by removing blockers and measuring performance.
• Drive strategic alignment by developing team charters (Team APIs).
• Build a strong product partnership with Product Managers to balance technical investment with new features.
• Ensure efficient delivery of outcomes by coaching ceremonies and communicating essential information.
• Lead hiring and retention efforts by refining processes to build diverse, skilled teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and align delivery with company goals.
• Navigate change management and support engineering maturity across teams.
