Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the United Kingdom to lead enterprise AI programs, partnering with Frontier Agent Engineering to own delivery from scoping to adoption. In a hyper-growth AI environment, you will translate technical complexity into clear execution strategies, manage risks, and align engineering, product, and executive leadership.

You will drive agile execution, track health metrics, and ensure on-time, high-value solutions for enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise-scale software or ML programs.
• 2+ years in core engineering infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI lifecycle and LLM use.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience with agile/project management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic program planning and on-time delivery across multiple enterprise programs.
• Manage dependencies across Platform, Forward Deployed Eng, and Product.
• Translate technical complexity for engineers and executives.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in enterprise AI deployment.
• Evolve agile processes to support ML/Software lifecycles.
• Define and report key program health metrics to leadership.
