Job summary

Amach is expanding its Security Engineering capability and seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a team of Security Engineers and drive strategic security projects. You will coach engineers, develop talent, and improve engineering maturity while ensuring successful delivery across the organisation.

Hybrid working arrangement with on-site presence in Central London; you will partner with senior stakeholders and translate technical initiatives into clear business outcomes while championing Agile

Qualifications

• Leads and develops teams of Security Engineers.
• Delivers technical or cyber security projects in complex environments.
• Builds strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Improves engineering maturity and delivery processes.
• Manages delivery using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Balances people leadership with project delivery responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Security Engineers through coaching and performance conversations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Security Engineering initiatives, on-time and high quality.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers; resolve them across teams.
• Communicate progress and priorities to senior stakeholders across Technology and business.
• Translate security initiatives into clear business outcomes and justify cyber security investments.
• Drive improvements in engineering processes, governance and delivery maturity.
