Job summary

Hometree Marketplace Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to join our remote-first team. You’ll handle high-volume outbound calls, nurture inbound interest, and guide customers toward our Home Cover, Heat Pump and Solar offerings with a customer-first approach.

Based in the UK, the role is remote-first with occasional travel to the Peterborough & London offices for team meetings (8 per year). A competitive package includes a £26k base plus OTE, totaling £33,800.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach to advising and upselling.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple lead sources and conversations.
• Comply with regulatory and compliant sales practices.
• Willingness to engage inbound lines when needed.
• Comfort with using multiple customer systems.

Responsibilities

• Compliantly discuss products with customers who have not completed online sales.
• Outreach to interested customers to convert leads.
• Assist in transitioning existing customers to greener options or new boilers.
• Manage multiple lead sources to drive sales across product lines.
• Adhere to compliant sales techniques to meet customer needs.
• Support inbound sales team when required.
