Job summary

Hometree is seeking a sales professional for a remote-first UK role. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, discuss our green energy products, and help customers complete their Home Cover selections.

Occasional travel to Peterborough or London offices for team meetings (about eight times a year) is expected, with a total package of £33,800 including base salary and on-target earnings. This role reports to the Sales Team Leader, Operations, and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in an outbound sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Compliantly discuss products with customers who haven’t completed their online sale.
• Reach out to interested customers for engagement and sales.
• Support in transitioning existing customers to greener options and financing.
• Work across multiple lead sources to drive sales.
• Follow compliant sales techniques aligned with regulations.
• Inbound sales support when needed.
