Hometree Group is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to join our remote-first team. You’ll call customers who have shown interest in Home Cover products and discuss upgrade options to greener energy solutions, including boilers, heat pumps, and solar offerings.
You will work primarily on outbound and inbound calls, supporting customers through the purchase journey, while aligning with our compliant, customer-centric approach and a growing energy mission.
Salary: £33,800 total package (26k base + OTE)

Location: Remote first, You must be willing to travel to the Peterborough & London office for team meetings (8 per year)

As part of our growing sales team you would work across various sales pipelines and lead sources. Calling customers to discuss where we can support them further - whether that be where customers have struggled with the online check out for our Home Cover products, discussing upgrade options for new services we have launched into the market or on our green energy mission where a customer's boiler may be close to end of life - with multiple ways of keeping the customer warm this winter - whether that be through a new boiler, heat pump or our recently added solar options!
The role is based around outbound sales calls and inbound calls, calling customers who have indicated interest, or are already a Hometree customer, there may be times that enable you to demonstrate your skills on the inbound customer line too!
Success is defined by speaking to as many customers as possible to support them in their journey and signing them up for their desired Hometree product - compliantly and through great customer service.
The Hometree Operations Department is at the forefront of serving and managing the daily needs of our customers. Made up of seven teams it includes Customer Care, Repairs, Escalations, Sales, Training & QA, Network and Reviews. Excellent communications skills, customer service and time management are all fundamental to ensuring the best experience for our customers and network.
