Job summary

Aira is seeking a proactive Renewable Energy Field Sales Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will visit customers in their homes to discuss heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green technologies, aiming to close sales and help households save money and reduce CO2.

As a field-based role, you will generate your own leads via cold calls and referrals, manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot, and work toward ambitious KPIs while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales is required.
• Comfort using sales software and CRM systems.
• Able to work toward targets in a dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at home and close sales on heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
• Educate customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
• Generate leads via cold calling and referrals to meet KPIs.
• Manage sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service during home visits.
• Collaborate with design and planning teams to meet customer expectations.
