Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project management role delivering multi-disciplinary engineering projects, in EPCM environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects in energy-related industries (PowerGrids, oil & gas, chemicals, renewables).
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of project planning and controls.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and schedules with clarity.
• Sound judgment in risk management, planning and controls; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK and Europe, collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• Deliver complex projects through the full lifecycle, within time and cost constraints.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders; influence with diplomacy.
• Develop and manage budgets; forecast and control costs; lead cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance using KPIs to improve project outcomes.
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery aligning with safety, cost, schedule and quality goals.
• Ensure resources are competent, mobilised and well supported.
• Prepare clear project updates and foster a collaborative team culture.
