Service Care is recruiting for an Employment Law Partner on a permanent basis with a nationwide remit and remote options available. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, with opportunities to work across a broad client base.

The role focuses on providing expert employment law advice, drafting contracts and policies, representing clients in tribunals, managing caseloads, and mentoring junior staff in a supportive firm environment.

Formación

• Experience in employment law across multiple industries.
• Ability to draft and review contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Experience representing clients in tribunals and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters to clients across various industries
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and negotiations
• Managing a caseload of employment law cases from inception to resolution
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Keeping abreast of the latest employment law developments and advising clients accordingly
