Lunaria Partners | Responsible Business is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its global firm’s employment team in a fully remote, UK-wide capacity. The role offers permanent flexibility with full-time or part-time options and direct ownership of key matters for a select client base.

The successful candidate will have solid general employment experience, tribunal exposure, the ability to manage high volumes to tight deadlines, and strong drafting and communication skills while guiding junior

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a good academic record.
• Grounding in general employment matters, including collective and individual redundancy, unfair dismissal and all aspects of discrimination.
• Employment Tribunal exposure, ideally across a wide remit. Volume litigation experience is a real asset.
• The ability to handle a high volume of matters to tight deadlines.
• Technology awareness, expert drafting and clear communication skills.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers, paralegals or trainees is desirable.
• A client focused, organised and methodical approach, with initiative, energy and enthusiasm.
