Job summary

Hft in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to support managers and staff across a full generalist remit, embedding employment law and best practice within the People Operations function. The role offers predominantly remote working with travel to services in the North region.

You will provide consistent ER guidance, coaching to managers, and work with People Partners to minimise issues while maintaining accurate case logs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employee relations guidance to managers and staff.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and best practices.
• Ability to coach managers through difficult conversations and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent ER advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on ER matters.
• Be the first point of contact for Leaders needing advice on people issues.
• Regularly update on business area activity to ensure joined up HR service.
• Risk assess ER issues and ensure advice complies with legislation and procedures.
• Collaborate with People Partners to upskill managers and minimise ER issues.
• Maintain accurate case logs and provide data-driven insights.
