Job summary

Rimini Street UK Ltd. is seeking a Director, Pre‑Sales to lead the Regional Solution Engineer team across the EMEA region, driving engagement with C-level stakeholders and shaping the solution portfolio for SAP and Oracle.

You will partner with Sales Leadership and guide engineers to win complex deals while aligning with Delivery and Strategic Services. This remote UK role requires a proven track record in pre‑sales leadership, strong executive communication, and experience in consulting sales

Qualifications

5+ years in a pre‑sales or solution architecture leadership role with a proven track record of building teams to drive sales results.
Significant experience working within SAP or Oracle Applications ecosystem—software and/or services supporting the sales cycle.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Regional General Managers, Sales VPs and Sales Directors to develop and support sales strategies and account plans to achieve targets.
Hire, onboard, train/develop, and manage a team of Solution Engineers that consistently overachieve targets.
Guide Solution Engineers on collaboration with Sales Account Executives during the sales cycle to close deals.
Engage with C-level executives to understand IT roadmaps and position Rimini Street’s portfolio to address business challenges.
Coach and ensure quality control on Solution Engineers’ activities including scoping, Q&A, design, pricing, proposals, RFPs and presentations.
Travel will be required.
