Job summary

Adelaide is a fast-growing attention metrics company seeking an experienced partnerships professional to grow revenue and adoption across publishers, ad networks, and programmatic partners in EMEA. This remote role is for UK-based candidates and reports to the SVP of Sales.

You will develop new partnerships, manage a portfolio of relationships, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships on go‑to‑market plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in adtech, digital media, or measurement.
• Experience working with publishers, ad networks, SSPs, or other programmatic partners.
• Strong ability to develop and execute multi-market partnership strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of EMEA partnerships (publishers, ad networks, programmatic platforms).
• Develop and execute account plans for new and existing partners.
• Build multilevel relationships within key partner organizations.
• Pitch and train partner teams on AU and guide integrations with partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships on go-to-market plans.
• Support emerging partnership opportunities (e.g., MMM).
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and revenue information in HubSpot.
