Zusammenfassung

Brainer is looking for a Junior/Middle Email Marketing Manager to develop and optimize transactional and automated email campaigns across international markets. You will own onboarding, trial-to-subscription flows, and retention strategies, crafting English email copy and templates while localizing content for global audiences.

You will experiment with new approaches, analyze performance, and collaborate with multiple teams to support product growth.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year professional email marketing experience in a B2C digital product or tech company.
• Understanding of subscription-based lifecycle: trials, conversions, retention, upsell.
• Hands-on with at least one ESP (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid).
• Basic HTML email coding or experience with email builders (Stripo, BEE, MJML).
• Knowledge of email metrics: open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes, spam rate.
• Strong English writing for marketing content; good communication.
• Analytical skills to monitor results and optimize campaigns.
• Experience localizing campaigns for multiple languages/international markets is a plus.

• Set up and maintain transactional emails and automated flows across the customer journey.
• Drive trial registrations and subscription conversions via email marketing.
• Design and optimize win-back, onboarding, upsell, and retention flows.
• Write engaging email copy in English and prepare layouts/templates.
• Localize emails for international audiences and ensure local relevance.
• Plan and execute A/B tests; analyze results to improve performance.
• Monitor campaigns with key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to support broader objectives.
