What You’ll Be Doing:

• Business Development: You’ll be identifying new opportunities, connecting with schools, colleges, and educational institutions, and building relationships that matter.
• Client Management: You’ll nurture existing relationships, keeping clients happy and ensuring they keep coming back to you.
• Candidate Sourcing: Find and place the right candidates in the right roles. You’ll know what works and make it happen.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: From first interviews to final offers, you’ll be there every step of the way, making sure placements are successful.
• Remote Working: Work from home or wherever suits you best, with the flexibility to manage your day.
