What You’ll Be Doing
• Driving new client acquisition across the UK through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Building and managing a robust sales pipeline of businesses seeking remote hiring solutions
• Leading discovery calls, identifying hiring pain points, and positioning our South African talent pool as the solution
• Collaborating with our delivery team to ensure a seamless handover from sales to placement
• Meeting (and exceeding!) monthly revenue targets with laser focus
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success in 360° recruitment or recruitment sales, with a focus on client acquisition
• A natural hunter mindset—you love finding leads and turning them into long-term clients
• Ambition, drive, and relentless focus on achieving measurable results
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in pitching at C-level
• Experience working independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of the UK recruitment market and B2B sales best practices
