Job summary

Pursuit Resources Group is recruiting an E-commerce Executive for a well-loved British food brand. The role is home-based with weekly travel to South Essex and offers full-time, permanent hours.

You will implement shopper marketing strategies across online and offline channels and help grow the brand’s e-commerce capability. Ideal candidates will have around 2 years in shopper marketing or e-commerce, a degree or equivalent, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with retailers,

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in shopper marketing or e-commerce marketing.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience briefing shopper marketing campaigns to creative agencies.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Full, valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement shopper marketing activity across all channels.
• Understand shopper path to purchase to influence online and in-store.
• Deliver online and mobile optimization with content uploads and dashboards.
• Analyze campaigns to draw insights for future planning.
• Share campaign performance with Account Managers to strengthen relationships.
• Build relationships with retailer media contacts and plan around key events.
• Coordinate with agencies on briefs, ideation, and content.
