Perceptual Robotics, based in Bristol, is seeking a role that combines hands-on drone piloting with frontline client support for our Dhalion platform. You will fly inspections, resolve client issues, and train other pilots while contributing to product improvement and field deployments.

This role suits someone who enjoys working near both the product and the people using it, with travel to client sites and flexible hours including remote work options.

Qualifications

• Certified UAV pilot with relevant qualification (NQE or equivalent)
• Strong client-facing communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to troubleshoot client queries and issues across platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clients using Dhalion platform and drone systems
• Fly inspections as part of Ops team and train other pilots
• Coordinate with R&D for hardware/software testing and feedback
• Ensure compliance with safety and Operations Manual standards
