Sparkrock is seeking a Senior/Director-level Director of Professional Services to own the P&L and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio. You will lead ERP/SaaS delivery projects, shape a customer-focused delivery model, and guide a cross-functional team of consultants, analysts, and project managers.

You will thrive on improving margins, aligning with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and driving profitable, high-performing engagements for social-benefit organizations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or similar roles within the software or technology industry.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably as Senior Manager or Director.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of projects, managing P&L and book of business with revenues up to 3-5M dollars.
• Proven track record turning loss positions into profitable businesses through strategy and execution.
• Hands-on leadership of ERP/SaaS delivery, owning escalations with customers.
• Technical depth, partnering with Product and Engineering to challenge scope and root cause.
• Delivery management across ERP/SaaS implementations on short cycles; not long-term programs.
• Client relationship management and driving customer success.
• Strong budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
• Based in Canada with travel 15-20% and availability to overlap EST, CST, PST.

Responsabilidades

• Own the P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio of client engagements, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost control.
• Oversee delivery quality and outcomes across ERP/SaaS projects to meet customer needs.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse Professional Services team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
• Act as senior escalation and relationship point for key customers to protect long-term health.
• Allocate and balance team resources across engagements to optimize delivery capacity and margin.
• Identify delivery and financial risks early and mitigate for client outcomes and business performance.
• Partner with Sales to support scoping, pricing, and positioning of new engagements.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle and prioritize roadmaps.
