Qualifications

• Experience in print procurement and account management within Direct Mail and Commercial Print production, including 2–3 years of direct mail experience.
• Experience advising clients on mail design, data requirements, print, fulfilment and postage options.
• Strong commercial awareness with supplier negotiation, revenue growth and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct mail print buying across client accounts, obtain costs from Xerox’s supplier roster, and recommend the right mail pack for each client.
• Advise clients on direct mail design, data requirements, print, fulfilment, and postage options to achieve campaign outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costs with focus on revenue, profit, and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day client and internal communication via email and Teams, translating requirements into clear briefs for production teams.
• Support delivery of direct mail and commercial print activity from brief to production, including supplier visits and on-site client hosting.
