Job summary

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a fully remote role in the United Kingdom. You will manage a portfolio of print and direct mail campaigns, from concept through delivery, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with production teams and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have print/direct mail or marketing services experience, strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to prepare

Qualifications

• Experience in print, direct mail, mailing, fulfilment or marketing services.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial awareness with experience preparing quotations or estimates.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate print, direct mail, fulfilment and distribution projects.
• Liaise with production teams, suppliers and clients to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Ensure artwork, specs and production documentation are accurate.
• Prepare data briefs and support secure data handling procedures.
• Raise invoices after project completion and maintain client records in CRM.
