Job summary

Team Wheel Limited, a specialist HR technology consultancy, is hiring a Digital Marketing Junior to support day-to-day marketing activities on a three-day-per-week basis. You will work closely with the Founder and Head of Marketing to run campaigns, publish content and optimise communications across HR tech clients.

You will manage campaigns, content, events and CRM data in HubSpot, with a focus on accuracy and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM: contacts, companies, deals, lists and properties.
• Experience using HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub on live campaigns.
• Experience using Claude to automate marketing and sales tasks and workflows.
• Confident, everyday use of AI to work faster with no drop in quality. You check facts, edit carefully and own the final output.
• Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
• Highly organised, able to manage a high volume of work and get it up and running quickly.
• Clear, professional written English with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish LinkedIn content for the Team Wheel and Payoa company pages.
• Build and send email campaigns, forms, landing pages and workflows in HubSpot.
• Help move our marketing and sales data and processes into HubSpot, and keep CRM records accurate.
• Use Claude to draft, research and automate marketing and sales tasks, checking everything before it goes out.
• Update website content in WordPress, including news, case studies and event pages.
• Run event campaigns: registration pages, reminders, surveys and follow-up.
• Track results and produce a short weekly and monthly performance report.
• Keep the content calendar, asset library and campaign tracker up to date.
