Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is hiring a Digital Learning Design Coach to mentor apprentices in digital learning design and progression against standards. You will assess work, provide feedback, and run progress reviews for both apprentices and employers.

The role involves occasional group training and in-person development days, with a mix of remote coaching and monthly office presence in London. Strong coaching and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital learning and instructional design.
• Experience developing digital learning within academic or commercial environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain complex learning concepts clearly and effectively.
• Genuine interest in coaching, mentoring and developing others.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or teaching within apprenticeships or professional education.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a cohort of apprentices throughout their development.
• Assess apprentice work and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct progress reviews and maintain reporting for apprentices and employers.
• Deliver occasional group training sessions and in-person development days.
