Job summary

NVQ Assessor is seeking an experienced IT Trainer/Assessor to deliver high quality teaching for IT apprenticeships. The role is remote with some local travel across the region, mentoring and coaching groups of learners enrolled on IT apprenticeships and related digital programmes.

You will arrange enrolment meetings, provide course overviews, plan remote delivery, review delivery, and schedule assessment dates, ensuring monthly reviews of apprentices to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Experience delivering IT apprenticeships or related digital programmes.
• Ability to plan remote programmes, review delivery and schedule assessments.
• Monthly apprentice reviews to ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, innovative teaching and learning for IT apprenticeships.
• Mentor, coach, support and teach groups of learners.
• Arrange enrolment meetings and provide course overview and documentation.
• Plan remote delivery, review progress, and schedule assessment dates.
• Explain training outcomes and monitor monthly targets.
