Job summary

Dynamic Training UK Limited is seeking a Skills and Development Coach – Employability to deliver high-quality coaching, teaching and assessment across Level 4 Apprenticeships and related programmes. The role is remote with travel within an 80-mile radius, reporting to the Delivery Manager and supported by the Head of Apprenticeships and Commercial.

You will design learning plans, guide learners through RPL, monitor progress and ensure EPA readiness while embedding safeguarding and inclusive

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering, coaching or assessing apprenticeships, ideally at Level 4 or above.
• Demonstrable experience of applying the Supported Employment Model.
• Experience working with Employability Practitioners, Job Coaches or similar roles.
• Experience coaching and delivering remote learning and assessment to adult learners.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship quality frameworks, Ofsted expectations and funding requirements.
• Experience using e-portfolio systems, virtual learning environments and other digital learning technologies.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent, equality, diversity and inclusion, and learner support practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching, teaching and assessment for the Employability Practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship and other relevant programmes aligned to your occupational expertise.
• Support learners through a structured onboarding process, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment.
• Develop, implement and review individual learning plans and off-the-job training plans, ensuring they are completed on time and reviewed at least quarterly.
• Deliver engaging, informative and challenging learning experiences that meet programme requirements and employer needs.
• Motivate, coach and support learners to achieve timely completion and positive outcomes through effective programme planning and regular engagement.
• Embed career development and progression discussions throughout the learner journey.
• Monitor learner caseloads, identifying risks to progress and implementing timely interventions.
• Lead tripartite reviews with learners and employers to evaluate progress, agree actions and maintain engagement.
