Carers Support West Sussex seeks a dedicated professional to lead the Digital Confidence and Training workstream for a Sussex-wide programme supporting unpaid carers. You will coordinate workshops, resources and learning opportunities, partnering with Care for the Carers, The Carers Centre Brighton & Hove and Amaze, while reporting to the Head of Information and Advice.

This role is home-based with regular travel across West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton & Hove, and involves designing

Qualifikationen

• Experience with digital inclusion and community learning.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging workshops, online and in-person.
• Understanding of accessibility and online safety for diverse users.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate a time-limited programme across a wide area.
• Proven ability to build relationships across organisations and partner staff.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the Sussex-wide Digital Confidence and Training workstream with partner organisations.
• Identify learning needs, map existing digital support and avoid duplication.
• Co-produce, pilot, and refine workshops and resources for varying digital confidence levels.
• Design and deliver 30 digital confidence workshops, including face-to-face and online formats.
• Connect learning with the Sussex Digital Directory of Solutions for trusted tools and services.
• Maintain the shared delivery plan and monitor priorities and dependencies.
• Record outcomes, collect feedback and demonstrate impact for ongoing delivery.
• Identify risks and resolve issues within the programme governance framework.
