Job summary

CARERS SUPPORT WEST SUSSEX is seeking a leader to drive the Sussex-wide Digital Confidence and Training workstream. You will collaborate with carers, staff, volunteers and partner organisations to co-produce accessible learning, create resources and connect people with trusted digital support.

The role combines training delivery, partnership work and programme coordination across West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

Qualifications

Experience in digital inclusion and community learning.
Ability to design and deliver engaging learning both face-to-face and online.
Understanding of accessibility and online safety in digital services.
Strong organisation skills to coordinate a time-limited programme across a wide area.
Ability to build positive relationships across organisational boundaries.
Patient, encouraging and proactive approach when technology challenges arise.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Sussex-wide Digital Confidence and Training workstream with multiple delivery partners.
Identify learning needs and map existing digital support to avoid duplication and promote shared learning.
Co-produce, pilot and refine practical workshops and resources for varied digital confidence levels.
Design and deliver 30 digital confidence workshops (face-to-face and online) and train staff/volunteers.
Connect learning with the Sussex Digital Directory of Solutions for trusted tools and support.
Maintain the shared delivery plan, manage dependencies and monitor outcomes.
