Job summary

Grace Eyre seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead Active Lives services in Brighton, focusing on digital delivery and a strong CRM capability. You will manage staff, drive growth, and collaborate with partners to improve digital engagement for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

You will be responsible for streaming services, coordinating IT tools, and supporting a national network within Grace Eyre’s charity framework. Strong leadership and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing services and line management of staff.
• Experience with digital services and CRM systems such as Nourish or similar.
• Strong IT and digital skills including Microsoft Office and media software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful running of Active Lives services with a focus on digital delivery.
• Line-manage staff and coordinate with the Active Lives Management Team.
• Engage with people we support, families and partners; develop digital engagement and training.
