Job summary

Eden Scott is recruiting a hands-on DevOps Engineer for a fast-growing fintech product company. The role focuses on delivery excellence and automation within established platform frameworks, with 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience.

You will design and build CI/CD pipelines, manage hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and embed security and quality into release processes to enable faster, safer software delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or automation roles.
• Hands-on pipeline, infrastructure, and operational experience.
• Exposure to hybrid environments (not cloud-only).

Responsibilities

• Designing and building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Improving build, release, and deployment workflows across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Managing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Supporting containerised services using Docker.
• Embedding quality and security into pipelines and tooling, and enabling faster, safer releases.
