Job summary

The Adaptavist Group is looking for a Sales Specialist – DevOps & Developer Experience to help UK customers modernise how software is planned, built, secured, deployed and operated. As a trusted advisor, you will engage CIOs and engineering leaders, shape transformation roadmaps, and lead complex specialist engagements with MEDDPICC qualification and partner teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling enterprise software, consulting or transformation solutions within software engineering, DevOps or cloud technology environments.
Strong knowledge of Developer Experience, DevOps and modern software engineering practices.
Experience leading executive-level discovery conversations, workshops and strategic customer engagements.
Ability to build business cases and transformation roadmaps aligned to engineering and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own specialist sales opportunities from qualification through to successful closure.
Apply MEDDPICC qualification methodology to ensure opportunity quality.
Lead complex sales engagements with multiple stakeholders and technical requirements.
Develop compelling proposals and transformation propositions for customers.
