Adaptavist is seeking a Sales Specialist – DevOps & Developer Experience to help UK customers modernise how software is planned, built, secured, deployed and operated, across UK/I. The role focuses on Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and related delivery transformations.

You will partner with Strategic Account Managers and teams to identify opportunities, shape customer transformation strategies, and lead complex engagements, becoming a trusted advisor for improving

Qualifications

Experience selling DevOps or DX solutions to enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of software delivery, security, and DevOps practices.
Ability to shape transformation strategies and lead complex engagements.

Responsibilities

Create and develop a specialist sales pipeline aligned to DevOps, Developer Experience and software delivery transformation initiatives.
Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities across Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Cloud Native Engineering, Observability.
Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and partner teams to drive customer transformation and measurable business outcomes.
