Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Delivery Tutor to join our Seetec Training team. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences through workshops, webinars and one-to-one coaching, guiding learners toward successful completion of apprenticeship and commercial programmes.

The role focuses on mentoring, assessments and feedback, with travel and flexible hours to meet learner needs. A strong communicator with organisational skills will build employer relationships and drive

Qualifications

• Experience in training, assessments and reviews.
• Delivery of learning through workshops, webinars and one-to-one coaching.
• Ability to build employer relationships and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of learners to achieve the required outcomes in the workplace
• To undertake training, assessments and reviews within sector specialism / occupational area(s) - Electronic system base – E portfolio
• Provide mentoring and support to Learners, in order to achieve Seetec’s training outcome targets
• Design and Implement course work material
• International Freight Forwarding experience, specialising in road, sea and/or air freight.
• Strong current knowledge of Customs processes and procedures
• GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English grade C and above
• Confident use of IT software packages and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Self -motivated
• Target and result driven - working to SLA'S
• A positive and enthusiastic approach with a "can do" attitude
