Job summary

Seetec Group is seeking a Delivery Tutor to join our Training team. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences through workshops, webinars and one-to-one coaching, guiding learners toward Gateway and End Point Assessments.

Travel and flexible working are available to meet learner needs. The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, plus benefits and a focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering apprenticeship and/or commercial training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards, qualifications, and assessment processes.
• Ability to demonstrate occupational competence within the subject area.
• Experience supporting learners to achieve successful outcomes and progression.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and learner engagement skills.
• Strong IT skills, including experience using online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
• Level 4/5 Subject Specialist qualification (or working towards).
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding learner experience.
• Able to motivate, inspire, and engage diverse groups of learners.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships and influence others.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and supporting the development of others.
• Flexible approach to working hours, with willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging training that meets curriculum, apprenticeship, commercial training, and awarding organisation requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic learning sessions and assessments across allocated programmes.
• Support learners to achieve timely gateways and successfully pass End Point Assessments (EPAs) and other required assessments.
• Assess learner portfolios, provide constructive feedback, and effectively monitor learner progress.
• Identify learner needs and set SMART targets to support achievement, progression, and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with employers and stakeholders to ensure training delivery meets sector and business skills needs.
• Ensure that all delivery, assessment, and feedback practices meet quality assurance, safeguarding, and equality standards.
• Promote Seetec's values and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of learning delivery.
