Job summary

Realise is seeking industry professionals to develop the next generation of safe, reliable bus drivers. You will deliver structured learning sessions across classroom and online environments, supporting apprentices as they progress towards End Point Assessment.

The role blends depot-based and home-based work in a hybrid pattern, with opportunity for part-time arrangements. The successful candidate will plan engaging sessions, tailor content from assessments, and help learners build evidence

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of bus driving standards, safety, and customer service.
• Must be passionate about helping others succeed.
• Must be able to deliver training face-to-face and online.
• Holds relevant industry qualifications.
• Has a full UK driving licence and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning sessions (classroom and/or online).
• Tailor workshop content using learners' initial assessment results.
• Equip learners with knowledge, skills, and behaviours for their apprenticeship and future career.
• Prepare and mark learner work, providing constructive feedback and tracking progress.
• Support learners in building their portfolio of evidence for End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Schedule and conduct learner reviews, gathering feedback from stakeholders.
• Liaise with employers to confirm attendance and coordinate driver release.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
• Uphold high quality standards across training activities.
• Build positive, professional relationships with learners and employers.
