Job summary

Realise is seeking experienced transport professionals to become trainers for aspiring bus drivers. No teaching qualification is required — just strong industry experience and a passion to help others succeed. You will deliver structured learning across classroom and online environments, guiding apprentices toward End Point Assessment (EPA).

• Strong knowledge of bus driving standards, safety, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive training across classroom and online environments.
• Proven ability to support learners toward End Point Assessment (EPA).

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning sessions (classroom and/or online).
• Tailor workshop content based on learners' assessments.
• Equip learners with knowledge, skills, and behaviours for apprenticeship and career.
• Prepare and mark learner work, provide constructive feedback and track progress.
• Support learners in building their portfolio of evidence for EPA.
• Coordinate with employers to confirm attendance and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
