Primary ITO in Canterbury is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support Training Advisers and learners throughout their learning journey. You will provide coordination, data maintenance, and customer service support.

Duties include assisting the team, reporting learner completion rates, performing office administration, maintaining data, and engaging with learners and providers for information and guidance. The role is 12 months, full-time (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri) with flexible location within

• Experience in administration and customer service.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to reprioritise and adapt to change.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Coordinators and the wider team as needed.
• Assist Training Advisors to track learner completion rates.
• Handle office administration tasks and supplies.
• Maintain training and customer data.
• Engage with learners and providers to share information and advice.
