Primary ITO is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support Training Advisers and learners across New Zealand. You will handle administration, data management and customer service tasks, ensuring accurate records and timely responses. The role suits someone with CRM experience and strong communication abilities.

The position is a 12-month fixed term, full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday). Remote work within New Zealand is possible for the right candidate, with Canterbury region as a current

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and customer service.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.
• Able to re-prioritise and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Coordinators and the wider team as needed.
• Assist Training Advisers to monitor learners’ completion rates and reports.
• Perform general office administration tasks and data management.
• Maintain training and customer data and respond to inquiries.
• Engage with learners and providers to provide information and guidance.
