Job summary

Sovereign & Bale is looking for a Delivery Partner Manager to oversee a network of delivery partners across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and North & East Yorkshire. This remote role focuses on maintaining high quality participant services, managing contractual performance and driving continuous improvement.

You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure governance, performance reviews, and timely actions to address underperformance, delivering strong outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment or skills sector.
• Background in operations or supply chain management.
• Proven track record with performance against targets and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing a network of Delivery Partners to ensure high-quality participant services and achievement of contractual performance standards.
• Monitoring contractual, financial and operational performance and taking timely action where required.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and managing the review cycle according to risk and performance.
• Developing and implementing performance improvement plans to address underperformance and build partner capability.
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities and sharing best practice across the delivery network.
