Confidential is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join its logistics team in London area, offering some work-from-home flexibility. You will liaise with factories and freight forwarders, manage shipments, and maintain records to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. A proactive team player with strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with factories and freight forwarders in the Far East and with UK customers and partners.
• Manage shipment consolidation and create shipment documents.
• Administer customer systems for bookings and deliveries.
• Maintain the supply system across orders, products, shipments, and invoices.
• Process supplier invoices and align with purchase orders where required.
• Keep meticulous records of customers, suppliers, and purchasing files.
• Communicate daily with forwarders, factories, and internal teams.
• Perform general admin tasks and assist other areas as needed.
