HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Microsoft Data Protection and Secure Collaboration Architect. This remote role in the United Kingdom focuses on assessing current Echoworx BeSecure usage and designing a cost-effective future approach using our Microsoft estate where possible.

You will design secure external sharing via Microsoft 365, evaluate current transfer and encryption use cases, and deliver a proof of concept with a migration plan.

Qualificações

• Strong Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Information Protection, sensitivity labeling and encryption experience.
• Practical experience designing secure external sharing through Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft email encryption.
• Able to assess current large-file transfer and encrypted-email use cases, including customer and partner journeys, usability, control and compliance needs.
• Able to compare options, identify where Microsoft-native capability is sufficient and highlight any residual gaps that may still require a specialist transfer solution.
• Capable of designing and delivering a proof of concept, documenting the target architecture and defining a practical migration and implementation approach.
• Comfortable engaging technical teams and business stakeholders, and producing a clear cost, risk and user-experience comparison.

Responsabilidades

• Design and test a cost-effective future approach for secure customer and partner communications using the existing Microsoft estate where possible.
• Deliver a proof of concept, document the target architecture and define a migration and implementation plan.
• Assess current external sharing and encryption use cases across Microsoft 365 environments and identify gaps.
• Compare options to determine where native Microsoft capabilities are sufficient and where a specialist solution is required.
• Engage with technical teams and business stakeholders to present cost, risk and user-experience trade-offs.
