Job summary

Threatscape is seeking an Associate Consultant for Microsoft Security focused on Purview. This remote-first role is based in the UK or Ireland, with no sponsorship offered. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT and a strong interest in advancing expertise in Purview, data security, governance and AI.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and contribute to client engagements, documentation, and security reviews, with opportunities to grow into more client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a technical or IT role.
• Solid understanding, or hands-on familiarity, with Purview, data security, governance and AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Microsoft security, specifically in Purview, data security, data governance and AI.
• Assist with customer engagements, including discovery sessions, documentation, demonstrations, and implementation.
• Contribute to security reviews, basic assessments, and gap analyses.
• Help prepare materials such as presentations, reports, and technical notes.
• Learn to evaluate and advise on Microsoft security tools, gradually taking on more client-facing work as you develop.
• Collaborate with colleagues on internal projects, tooling, service improvements, and knowledge sharing.
