Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager for Data Aggregation & Distribution L2 Support. The role can be based in the UK or Poland and can be fully home-based remote, supporting stakeholders across Parexel's data platforms.

You will lead a team of L2 data support specialists delivering ingestion, engineering and distribution services, and act as the escalation point for data pipeline issues. Strong cloud, governance and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo).
• ITIL or service management knowledge is a plus.
• Experience leading 10+ technical staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of L2 data support specialists with coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee triage, diagnosis and resolution of data pipeline issues and escalation handling.
• Coordinate with platform data teams, analytics, and business functions to define data service requirements.
• Drive standard operating procedures, governance and continuous improvement across platforms.
