Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager for Data Aggregation & Distribution L2 Support. This UK-based role can be fully remote within the UK, Romania or Poland. You will lead a data support team delivering ingestion, engineering and distribution services across Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo and Power BI.

You will drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of data support processes in a global CRO setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data support teams or data operations in enterprise or CRO environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and data governance.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of L2 data support specialists delivering ingestion, engineering and distribution support.
• Coordinate with platform data teams and vendors to meet service levels.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, escalation protocols, and SOPs.
